The Cry Of The Unsaved
The end of the verse says that, "the outcry of the city went up to heaven"...Isn't this a remarkable verse considering these people were not believers, but unbelievers? I have to admit that I love the fact that you can really see the love of God in this scripture. All of these terrible things are happening because they are defiling the Lord Of Host....but their outcry is yet heard by him. The next chapter reveals a way out of affliction and torment.
