We must fight temptation. We should pray for strength to resist it. Do I pray when I feel tempted? I should. I want to lie, pray. I want to be selfish, pray. I ! Tempted to lust, pray. Whatever temptation comes my way as a redeemed sinner filled with the Holy Spirit I should go immediately to God in prayer, that is how this battle must be fought, not by mere will.
