Leadership and Delegation
Such inspirational scripture this is. Jethro was wise in his ways and shared his knowledge with Moses. God uses others to speak to us. There are many people around you w/ great gifts waiting for an opportunity to serve. Use them and don't be afraid to take up their time. I fear sometimes about giving control away because the results will not satisfy me. The results will not meet my expectations. This is why it's important to pray for leaders and their supporting staff.
