The People Build the Worship
This verse (and chapter 27) give me a nice opportunity to ensue my rant about the responsibility of the people in worship. I love it how God placed such a burden on the Israelites to build the worship setting he desired. I often wonder how we can realistically import the tabernacle (and later temple) implementation into our 21st century setting. Should we even build buildings when the people have become the temple? I'll stop now b/f I start waxing philosophical) Lord, please teach me how to carry the weight of your worship today.
