SOAP Day 27: Love Your Boss

O: This verse is some very wise advice for all of us. First, care for your workplace. Help make it successful so you can enjoy the benefits of a successful company. Granted, sometimes it's hard to honor the bosses. They make decisions that don't always make sense. We sometimes start thinking that we're smarter than the bosses and know more about how the company works. And sometimes the employees do know better, but Proverbs reminds us to respect and honor our bosses. And that would include when they are making decisions we disagree with (except when those decisions are unethical).

A: I will do better not being frustrating towards my company when I feel wrong decisions are made. I will do a better job at explaining why I believe a decision is a good or bad idea, but to not get bent out of shape when I still disagree.

P: God, sometimes it's hard to not get frustrated with others when they make decisions I disagree with, especially in the workforce. Please help me keep my frustration in check and help me find the words to use when discussing decisions I disagree with.
