Abram and Lot
I find it interesting that when Abram and Lot's possessions began to conflict, Abram allowed Lot to choose the part of the land that he would occupy. Human nature would have compelled Abram to select the better part of the land for himself, and offer to Lot that which was left. Even if Abram loved Lot, he might throw him a bone and leave for him a nice part of the land, but for him to make space for Lot's preference I think is visionary. I'll read on to see if it turned out well.
