God cleans the land
The good taken into punishment alongside the bad
God's divine plan includes suffering to those who may not be so guilty as others but nonetheless must go into captivity for the sin of others.
Some have redeeming qualities, some dont.
After suffering God will heal them and they will respond. He will build them, plant them and their hearts will change to worship the true God again.
The unredeemable ones will see the evil that comes to those who defile God's land with sinful living. Those who no matter how much God does to cleanse their hearts continue to love sin over holiness to God.
