Rest

This one has always been a struggle for me. I read this passage as I plan to work this weekend until I grow too tired and have to quit.

What does this mean in today's world where we have VPN, email on our phones, and higher demands for productivity than ever before? Unless it is a conscious effort, I don't think rest will come naturally, which is where I fail far too often.
