both coming from "confident hope of what God has reserved in heaven."

what does my confident hope in Christ and his promises of heaven have to do with loving all His people now, here?

- i'll put up with the short-comings of others now, knowing that they will be totally restored one day
- i'll love anyone, realizing that no one is "worse" of a sinner than i
- my faith in Christ compels me to share hope with others... it's unique to me, not unique for me
- i'll have a heart that simply overflows with gratitude
- i won't give some special attention, knowing that we're all the same... and in later days, that first here might just be last there
