Body-Mind connection

God asks us to present our bodies as a living sacrifice, and then talks about the renewing of our MIND. Maybe it's a chicken and egg thing, but I find I can focus on God when I am serving him with my body, and I can serve him with my body better when I am focused on him. The point, I think, is that God wants BOTH our minds and our body, and our joy is fullest when we are serving him with both.
