walk all over me

So many Christians are so bent on forcing their freedoms onto others or shoving them into public display because they've been so "freed" from religious thinking that they're actually not thinking at all. Following Christ is first and foremost a selfless act. It puts the needs of others before our own. It recognizes that my life is intended to be led in such a way that I am a stepping stone to Christ, not a stumbling block. I make it easier for people to get to Jesus, not trip them up because of my own freedoms. If what I'm doing makes someone stumble, then it's not up to them to get over it or adopt my mentality. It's up to me to stop it. I die daily.
