test & approve?

Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is...his good, pleasing, and perfect will.

It seems funny to me that I will be able to test and approve what God's will is. There's a part of me that feels like, 'Who am I?'...to test and approve GOD's will...but as my wife points out...we want our kids heart...not their robotic answers.  As I'm transformed by the renewing of my mind...not conformed to the pattern of this world...I fall more in sync with the things of God & of course I will be able to test & approve God's will.
