This chapter shows amazing transition from fear to progressive levels of confidence. At first, they begin to practice their faith in spite of their fear. Then they begin to be more open, then actually engaging with people outside their faith by paying them to procure supplies for their building effort. By the end of the chapter, the community is open and loud in their excitement for what is being done -- far from the fear seen at the beginning of the chapter.
