Noah was 600 years old
It was the 17th day of the 2nd month of his 600th year
Rains poured for 40 days and 40 nights
Noah and his family entered the ark
The flood continued 40 days, lifting the ship high over the earth
The waters kept rising until all the mountains were covered
The flood waters took over 150 days
After 150 days "the worst was over"
On the 17th day of the seventh month the ship landed on the Ararat mountain range (5 months after the rain began)
On the first day of the tenth month the mountaintops came into view (8 months after the rain began)
After 40 days Noah opened the window and sent out a dove
Seven days later he sent out the dove again and it returned with a branch
Seven days later he sent the dove out again and it didn't come back
The flood had dried up by the 601st year of Noah's life - the 1st day of the 1st month.
By the twenty seventh day of the 2nd month of Noah's 601st year of life, the earth was completely dry and Noah and his family left the ship
1 year and 10 days after it started raining
Created 5 months ago
