Process of "Cleansed" Lev.13-14:32
What relevance does an OT priest interaction with a leper has for me, a NT believer. Consider the words "unclean". I know that I am unclean because of sin. When my High Priest (Jesus) inspects me and finds me unclean because of sin, should I be suprised that there is a process to the cleansing. Maybe the process is part of a social and emotional cleansing as well. I thought it was interesting that the end of the purification rite had the "cleansed" being atoned for with blood on his right ear lobe, thumb and toe - just like Aaron's sons - who were priest.
