Chains of regret and shame can be broken - there is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain !
Stand forward, like at the end of a play when curtain closes behind you, closes on your past, let those past hurts go! Stand and face forward! Then reach forward, stretching, action required on our part.
We are physically designed to move forward, our eyes are not on the side of our head! They are on the front, Jesus help me to move forward!
He will do the work, the Holy Spirit wil work with us, assist us in interceding. Lot's wife was told don't look back
