God provides
This may be a gross misuse of this text, but I've got to say... God addresses here the anxiety the Israelites felt about the possibility that they would starve during the seventh year. He declares that he will send such a blessing during the sixth year, there will be enough food to last for three. I've found over and over again that when my anxieties in life creep up, God always lets me live there for a while. He'll then call me back to Him and provides more resolution than I could ever do on my own - money in hard times, restored relationships, job tensions resolved. I believe God delights in proving himself faithful. I only wish that I had faith to believe in His non-rational provision on a regular basis.
