Salvation in Christ 1-8-12

Salvation means you are in Christ nothing more nothing less

Vs 4 through 7 Pauls resume or his trophy case Glory in God no glory in ourselves If there was anyone who could earn their righteousness it was Paul and he goes on to share, then he's the real deal not a convert Member of a special group of people Tribes of Benjamin was faithful to the davidic line, and has historical significance, a privilege A persecutor of the church because of Pauls zeal to yahweh

Shift in vs 7

Throwing out our trophy case to be found in Christ is not checking out of life but engaging life in Christ

See Romans 5:12-21 Take a sheet of paper and on one side put in Adam and one side put in Christ Sin came into the world through one man sin existed before the Law came into the world see vs 13

Christ gives us more than what was lost in Adam Vs 18 one man's act lead to transgression and one man's lead to righteousness Vs 20 and 21 sums up the whole chapter and refers back to different parts and verses in the chapter
