The quickest way to feed the sinful beast inside your body is to put an evil worthless thing before your eyes and gaze upon it. Let the image burn itself into your mind. Let Satan put thoughts and selfish motives in your mind that don't belong. Let the evil sink into your soul. OR, if you want to tame that beast and rule it you have to starve it. Don't put evil worthless things before your eyes. When your flesh cries out, crucify it.
