After god's own heart
The Bible says David was a man after God's own heart. This tells me that if we read about David and his thoughts we can get a look at God's heart. One predominant theme is that God protects His children from the enemy.
David made it clear who gave him all of his victories and praised God for them. I believe the more we give God credit and make it clear to all those around us that God is on our side the more miracles, healing, and deliverance we will see. God is not a wimp. Let's recognize His power and stop living defeated lives.
