Look Again

Surely he took up our pain
and bore our suffering,
yet we considered him punished by God,
stricken by him, and afflicted. (Isaiah 53:4 NIV)

Interesting to note how all we saw was that Jesus wasn't experiencing 'blessing' & 'prosperity'.
Yet Jesus was achieving a wondrous thing… salvation for the world!

How often when we face trials and obstacles do we lament, not realizing all the good that is being worked in and through us?!
