Sin is always at the door promising freedom and fulfillment. I doesn't deliver. We may feel a temporary paradise, but afterwards only regret. We become irritated with ourselves and others. For men especially, this leads to anger outbursts. Living freely only comes from divorcing ourselves from the power of selfishness. Constantly remind yourself that the wages of sin result in death.
