Revealed 2 Moses on Horeb
God tells Moses so much of what is going to happen here in chapter 3. Yet, it is hard for Moses to take with trust. YHWH keeps using "when" and not "if" concerning all Israel coming out of Egypt against Pharoah's wishes. It isn't a matter of tactics, but of trust; He will accomplish it all.
How often do we wish that God would "tell me what to do" whether in a dream, or through a vision, fasting/prayer, Scripture, or a leader? And yet, when He does tell us, we, like Moses, still lack the faith to go and trust Him, wholeheartedly, to do what He sees and speaks.
May we continue to ask for new measures of faith and new, deeper experiences of holding His hand so that we will walk out of Egypt or into Jerusalem: out of captivity or into our mission.
