Everything we Need
Who knew? I have everything I need. Not all I want. But all I need.
All I need for life. I have everything I need to do life every day. Nothing else is necessary.
All I need for godliness. I have everything I need to live godly every day. Period.
I ask God again and again to prepare me for life every day. And to make me godly. Then I find here that He's already done it. I have all I need. There is no more to have. It's all mine. This is startling, stunning and the best thing I've heard lately.
He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? (Rom. 8:32)
