So we know that Solomon had the opportunity to ask for RICHES and LONG LIFE and WEALTH and all sorts of other material, earthly things-- and that Solomon chose WISDOM.

But I just love how the Message Version puts it: "Here's what I want-- Give me a GOD-Listeing Heart."

I want a heart that is in tune to GOD. I want to be on the same wave length as my God. I want a God-Listening Heart.

Father, my prayer for today LORD, please give me a GOD-Listening Heart so I can lead my FAMILY well, so i can be a good example at WORK, so I can lead OTHERS to you. Thank you, God.
