slave to sin
I love and hate this scripture all at the same time. :) We are slaves to that which we obey. I struggle with the idea that if we do one thing wrong, then we are slave to that bad thing. For example, so many people download illegal music or movies. So are they slave to that "item" or that need of that thing? Maybe. I'm just glad that His grace is sufficient. There is also another scripture where Paul says "all things are permissible, but not all things are beneficial." I find value in that here as well. Since downloading illegal things may be permissible, but not really beneficial.
