This verse has amazing impact on our lives. It is theology that meets the "real world". God is creator/sustainer of everything and all of creation, is "intended for his glory". Your life, my life, the life of that guy who really bugs me at work, the complaining family member you have - all "intended for his glory". Each relationship, for Him. Every possession, for Him. All of creation, for Him.

What a gift Paul gives us - a lens to see life through. That everything we encounter, every person we meet had the original intent of giving God glory. I believe that one of the callings of Christians is to affirm this God "intended-ness" in the people around us. As we affirm this, we are participating in the re-creation of this world. New creations as well as new co-creators.
