A Display of His Power
God spoke so clearly when i read this verse of "his death angel". He told the people that if they did what he told them, if they were covered by the blood of their sacrifices, then his death angle would have no power over them and they would not be harmed. God's death angel is Satan, the fallen Lucifer. This verse put so plainly the awesome power of God that absolutely and easily trumps the enemy. Satan is nothing more than God's death angel, something that God has control of, something that God has already defeated, and something that God has allowed me to be covered from through his Son's blood!
