One; Unity
In our culture we take things more literal. So when we read, "The Father and I are one" we take that as "Oh they're the same, one being!" but that is simply not the case. John 17:22, John 10:30, and 1 Corinthians 3:8 all have the same greek word for one which is 'heis.' Jesus says He and the Father are one. One in purpose if you consider the context. Especially when you consider that Jesus wants us to be one, (John 17:22) just as Him and the Father are one which wouldn't make us Jesus or God in any way, but one in purpose, to be unified. There are several more clear examples of this and of other topics.
