Josh 1:7 "be stron and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go". -To Observe it, Joshua had to Know it! To Know it, Joshua had to Meditate on it, and be Disciplined in it!! -Lord, I feel a call to Know Your Word! It seems that the call to Know Your Word is a reoccurring theme in the message to me lately! Help me to heed Your Word! Give me a passion, and te discipline to I need! Help me to Get in Your Word, and for Your Word to Get in me!!
-You raised up Joshua to do Great things! -To lead Your people in the "taking of ground". If You so desire, use me for the same!! -Joshua spent time at Your dwelling place(exo 33:11). And here, in Joshua 1:7, You tell him to that Your Word is to be a priority! -Help me stay in Your presence! And to make You Word a priority in my life! -and may You be free to use me to accomplish YOUR will!
