For many years God has had me live in the Psalms - crying, pleading, rejoicing, praising, learning, trusting-
Psalms are the poetic prayers my human heart.
I have asked every question in Psalm 13 to God - and then some. Not a many a day goes by, I ask God where are you in this? It seems defeat or despair abounds in circumstances ...but that is the ultimate lie. God has the victory, He rescues me every day as a sinner who calls on His name and trusts in His unfailing love.
Dear Friend, however your heart questions God in your present circumstances, He never forgets you. May our gracious God show you today His unfailing love, may our merciful God rescue you from hopelessness and despair — putting peace and joy in its place, may our all-powerful God give you the perspective that He is always in control and you are always in His care.
