Daily experience

When I review the activity of a church & observe that people are not being saved on a daily basis it makes me wonder what is it that is different, what is lacking in that church that was present in the first century church described here. If this example of church growth is followed then on 31 Dec a church will have at least 365 more people in it who were not there on 1 Jan.
