"help my unbelief"

From a DESPERATE father.... Watching helplessly as his son was tormented since birth he cries out to Jesus "HELP MY UNBELIEF!". I picture tears coming down his face in anguish every time I read this passage. Then Jesus accepts the mans plea and heals his son.... such grace and mercy.

Jesus wants us to ALWAYS rely on Him, and sometimes He takes us to that desperate moment until we just submit to the fact that we NEED Him...

Thank you Lord for answering us even when we are coming to you as the last resort... but help me to come to you as the first and ONLY resort.
