Stand still

Here Israelites are faced by two problems. Red sea in front of them and Pharaoh and his army behind them. But the God says them to "stand still". Why?

God knows that they cannot fight against the army. So the first problem (sea) is there to destroy the second problem (army). When we face multiple problems, we should remember this.
