God told Hezekiah through the prophet Isaiah, to set his house in order because he would soon die. What did Hezekiah do? He turned to God and prayed fervently. God heard his prayer and changed his life!
Do I believe that my God is big enough to hear my prayer and change my life? Do you?
How easy it is to wallow in the mire of this life, spiraling down into the depths of depression, never remembering that we have the God of the universe on our side! Cry out today, lay it all before him just as Hezekiah did and he WILL hear your prayer! Then, be ready for what he will do!
He raised people from death to life, he healed the sick, restored sight to the blind, made the crippled walk, added fifteen years to Hezekiah's life, and won the victory over sin and death for all mankind!
He loves you and me and he is capable of so much more than we ever ask. Make your requests known to him and he WILL hear your prayer!
