The manifestations are a result of your closeness to God through His Spirit, meant for others. For what good is it to have a tool if you never use it? The more you use it the more familiar you become with it. You will see more clearly the needs of others and Gods guidance towards the helping of others. All you need to do is to yield yourself to God and His leading through the Holy Spirit.
