No pain, no gain
After 400 years of slavery, bringing the Israelites to the brink by the Red Sea, you'd think that God would let them coast a little. But instead, he decides to not allow them to have water for three days. Remember, there are men, women, and children. That's a big deal! No water for three days. Have you ever tried to go without water for a day even in the office. The Israelites are walking, and probably carrying heavy loads. God does provide, but not until they seem to have reached the breaking point. What does this mean for your life and mine?
