The Power To Do
So we keep on praying for you, asking our God to enable you to live a life worthy of his call. May he give you the power to accomplish all the
good things your faith prompts you to do
*Having been called into a life, worthy of holiness by my Father, I merely responded because of His immense love.
That's the call he is enabling me to live according to His grace. The life of living being formed into the image of the Son is anything but rosy.
But the help I need is supplied to me, in more abundance than I care to imagine.
*And as my faith prompts me to respond to things like global injustice such as human trafficking, the use of child soldiers, the uneducation of our youth and children: my normal human response is to become overwhelmed and thus paralysed.
But walking by faith and not by sight, believing and waking to action means I can rest knowing that God has and is giving me the power to obey Him and also to right the wrongs that I previously had been okay ignoring.
This life I live, is through the power of Christ in me.
