Just a perfect piece of scripture for what we are doing by building a new church.
I read this one night before Sunday church service and thought it was very fitting. St. Paul really knew how to put words together didn't he? It's just a perfect description of how Christ taught us about the truly important foundations needed for us to form a successful church in the eyes of God. It's one thing to be part of an exciting church, but we always need to remember why we're doing it. Everything we do should facilitate spreading of the Word and the Gospel, as well as extravagantly worshipping God with everything we do.
