Who are you Following?

S - (Acts 5:29) But Peter and the apostles replied, “We must obey God rather than any human authority.
O - Peter and the other apostles made it very clear, they were following God and not man. Even though physical harm or even death may be the result, they chose to follow God.
A - I'd like to say that was me, and maybe I would if confronted with death say no I will follow God. But, my daily life, to choose between my own desires verses do what God desires, I choose me so often. I don't know if I will ever be faced with choose death or obey man, but I really need to work at in my daily life to choose to follow God instead of my own desires.
P - Father, how you have convicted me today. I see how foolish all of my justifying and excuses I give are. I need to match my greatest desire with my actions. My greatest desire is to follow you and so I need to change. I need to allow you to transform me so that I can become the man you desire and need for me to become.
