In Search of Leadership
God through His word instructs His people to be involved in government. This verse lets us know what happens when we make the right decision as well as the wrong decision. Through this verse God tells us who we are to choose as our leader's. "When the righteous are in authority the people rejoice, but when a wicked man rules, the people groan". It is our duty as Christians to be involved at every level of government. Our nation depends on us to respond! It is unthinkable that God would have ordained government and then tell His people to stay out of it. Get out and vote in your next election! Not just the big elections but the small. That is where it all begins.
