Want mercy? Need mercy? When we come to the realization that we are not worth any more than the next person, we are in a position where God’s mercy can work in our lives. When God’s mercy is at work in our lives, He makes us an example to the world we live in. An example of who HE is, not for boasting. (Paul wrote that in another place, “not of works, lest we should boast.”

The example is of HIS love, and His desire for us to have a relationship with Him, now on the earth and for eternity. When people see the change that His mercy brings in our lives, they will explore faith in Christ and believe in Him
