Laying Bricks
One day, a man walked past a construction site. He was curious about what the construction is all about. He stopped and asked one worker, “What are you doing?” “Laying bricks,” was the dejected, grumbling reply. He asked the second one the same question. He answered with a bit more life: “I’m making a wall.” He came to the third and repeated the question. The third worker looked up with a dreamy and excited look in his eyes and said “I’m building a church.”
