One Easy Step for a Godly Family
This verse is a great example of what a family's purpose should be. It is very simple and not hard to follow. It says a husband and wife and their children must believe.
That's it.
One easy to follow step.
Believe in Jesus.
Notice there is nothing about your children having the latest social piece of technology or clothes.
Nothing about having a big house to protect your family.
Nothing about driving a nice car to work.
Nothing about the world at all.
The purpose of a family is to love Jesus and believe that he died for their sins and that he will be there for them during Judgment Day. That's it!
The simplicity in this verse is so sweet.
