Not My Own
Acts 4:32 Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common.
I love the simplicity of the multitude here in this verse recognizing that all that they had was not their own. I confess that I often look on at what I have and think to myself that it is my own or even worse yet that I have provided for those things. The truth is that the Lord is my provider. Easier said than done in my life.
Lord Jesus help me to remember and trust that You are my provider and that all I have ever had and will have in the future is from You.
