In this passage, Job declares himself innocent, asking God to prove that he has sinned.
But this is merely Job showing his frustration. 1 John 1:8 says anyone believing they have not sinned is deceiving themselves; we have all sinned. Even Job, who is showcased by God Himself as "blameless and upright" (Job 1:8).
If any comparison of sin is to be done, even the average person has sinned much more than Job ever has. However, this is irrelevant; all sin leads to death, and 1 John 1:8 says we have all sinned. We need Jesus' sacrifice to allow us to be in the presence of God.
