Whoever leads... gets to lead!
Joab takes the initiative and leads the attack.
Sometimes it's not the most gifted or the obvious person that we should elevate to leadership.
It's the person that actually leads!
Are you waiting for certain things to fall into place before you act?
Are you waiting for someone to invite you to lead?
Lead!
What needs to be done? Take the initiative and do that!
It might be an act of serving or something no one else wants to do, but it might be your "interview" for something greater!
