What poet is Paul quoting?

In Act 17:28, Paul is quoting a poem by the Greek poet Aratus, called "Divine Signs." This is from the book, "God's Voice in the Stars" by Kenneth C. Fleming (page 41), which I have included a link to. This is also mentioned in the margin notes of the Companion Bible.
