Moses demonstrates one type of spiritual leadership, there are are others. In this chapter we see some basic principles for those in spiritual leadership:
* Spend time listening to God in solitude and in community. Then talk about the experience together. (verses 6-8).
* Recognize that others are also called and gifted to collaborate with God in the local vision. In your congregation, community, county or even country - Share the work of spiritual service, responsibility and authority. This is citizenship. (verses 9-15).
* Provide the people inspiration, hope, encouragement, and structure. (verses 16-18).
