This book was written by Paul to his friend Philemon concerning a slave named Onesimus who had run away from his master Philemon. The Apostle Paul asks Philemon to take Onesimus back to him and if he has anything against him or if he has been out anything for Onesimus running away that he would pay him in full when he came to see him.
